We will do our best to serve our walk-in clients as expediently as possible. Under extenuating circumstances we may not be able to do so at a certain point in the day and apologize for any inconvenience.
Policies
* Due to the increase in no show appointments we experience, a $50 per-dog/cat deposit is required at the time of booking for first-time clients. The deposit will be applied to the cost of service. Should a no show occur, the deposit is forfeited and non refundable.
We impose a surcharge on credit cards that is not greater than our cost of acceptance. This surcharge does not apply to debit or cash transactions.
Starting in January 2022, Urban Dogg has instituted a surcharge to each groom to cover the significant rise in costs of items such as grooming materials, supplies and equipment. In addition, Urban Dogg is committed to paying all of our team a livable wage which is supported by this fee in addition with providing them with medical, dental and vision benefits. The surcharge is applicable to full-service grooms only and not a la carte services, such as nail trims, etc.
